A business called Srilaan was started from a very small scale.
I own the right and responsibility for it. Currently, I have experienced living in two continents with different climates. When I was a child, my mother used to cook a lot of delicious curries by adding traditional local spices to the rice cooker. Meanwhile, a curry cooked with jung Jackfrucht, which is the fruit of the jackfruit tree in the village, is served as a meat dish.
This production business was born as a result of the idea of taking the fruit of Sri Lanka's natural young jackfruit to the European countries' table as a non-toxic organic food.
